Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Prospect Generation and Qualification:
- Utilize proven telemarketing techniques to generate leads and connect with potential clients from various sources (including those received from marketing).
- Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand needs, assess financial eligibility (good credit required), and pre-qualify for mortgage options (utilizing FLISP subsidies if applicable).
- Collect essential client documents for pre-screening and qualification purposes
- Forward complete client documentation packages (including credit score check authorization) to Admin for processing.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build rapport and establish trust with qualified clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Clearly communicate property details, benefits of homeownership, and address client concerns effectively.
- Client Management and CRM (New):
- Utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to effectively manage all assigned leads.
- Update client information and status within the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Generate reports on sales activity and performance metrics using the CRM system.
- Property Viewings and Applications:
- Work collaboratively with internal team to:
- Notify clients of their credit check status.
- Establish preferred viewing areas and availability.
- Book viewing appointments for clients.
- Schedule and assist team to conduct property viewings for qualified clients, showcasing the value proposition of each property.
- Assist clients with understanding the application process for homeownership.
- Guide clients through the mortgage application process and ensure all required documents are submitted accurately and completely.
- Work collaboratively with internal team to:
- Follow-Up and Re-engagement:
- Maintain communication with clients who do not qualify initially due to credit score issues.
- Provide resources or guidance to help clients improve their creditworthiness (if possible).
- Re-engage with these clients once their credit situation improves to explore potential future homeownership opportunities.
Desired Experience & Qualification
- Grade 12
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a call centre
- MS Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a variety of stakeholders.
Package & Remuneration
R 6500 basic, plus commission
